Foundation's objective
This non-profit foundation has been established to support the Lakota Oyate (people), especially through providing assistance with Lakota initiated projects which aim to promote the native language, rights and values of the culture, as well as improve the general standard of living of the Lakota people. This foundation can support the basic and continuing education of Lakota children and adolescents, with the principle focus on the Lakota Waldorf School. The foundation may extend its activities to include other non-profit projects in support of other North American Native peoples.
